Yoga heals from A – (well… almost) Z
So you’ve heard. Yoga is this 5000 year old miracle that everyone is talking about. You read it in the papers, you watch it on the television, you have heard it from your father/mother/brother/sister/son/daughter/aunty/uncle/boss/colleague/dog/cat and even plant, your doctor recommends it, celebrities swear by it, your favourite book store has shelves upon shelves of this miracle practice… There is NO WAY you have not heard about yoga.
Well, here’s a nifty little chart I found from Holistic Online on whatever problems you might have, and how yoga might be able to heal/alleviate that problem. (I added a little salt and pepper to the juicy content) I can’t guarantee that its going to work magic after just one practice, nor can I promise that it’ll cure you 100%. In fact, it would be taking an overly simplistic stand if I were to prescribe just an asana to cure your ailment. Nothing is ever divorced from a multitude of factors! However, this is just a playful attempt to show that for whatever problems you might have, yoga will very likely serve you well in treating it. So! If you have any additional ailments, feel free to let me know. I may not have the answer off the back of my hand, but I’ll sure look it up!
