The truth about Vegetables and Yogis… They are ONE.

So I woke up this morning, and turned on my laptop. I saw that there was a facebook update. My colleague, Wendy, had posted something on my wall. Hmmmmm. What could it be? I clicked on the link and was greeted by a tagline on the video that said,

des this is really made for you — vege and yoga combined. :) watch it”

So I did and I conclude that this has got to be THE BEST THING that I have ever seen vegetables do. Never mind that they are an excellent source of fiber. Never mind that some of them are choked full of folate, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants etc etc etc… All those characteristics pale in comparison to a Yogi Vegetable.

Here’s my salute to vegetables, and their never ending source of goodness. BOOYAH!
